Who sells, what you buy, how payment, renewal and cancellation work.

These terms apply when you buy a licence for a Veloso Labs product on velosolabs.com. Each product also has its own licence terms, linked under Legal; together they are the agreement between you and Veloso Labs.

Who sells

Products on velosolabs.com are made and sold by Veloso Labs, based in Queensland, Australia. Contact: [email protected].

What you buy

A licence to use a product on one site or Shopify store, with its updates and support while the licence is active. The licence is personal to you and can't be resold.
Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page before you pay. Taxes, where they apply, are shown at checkout.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Payment is taken by PayPal. Veloso Labs never sees your card or bank details.
Monthly and yearly licences renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your licence portal or in PayPal; the licence keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for.
Lifetime licences are paid once and don't renew.
If a renewal payment fails, the licence keeps working for 7 days while PayPal tries again. If the payment still fails, the licence ends; buy again to restore it.
If we change a price, your current subscription keeps the price you signed up at.

Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment. See the refund policy.

Licence checks

Paid products check their licence with velosolabs.com from time to time, at most once every 7 days for themes. If velosolabs.com can't be reached, paid features keep working (for at least 7 days, and up to 30 days for the WordPress plugins). What these checks send is described in the privacy notice.

Our responsibility

We take care to make our products work as described, and we fix problems we're told about. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, the products are provided as they are, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. Keep backups of your site or store before installing or updating any software.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you and can't be excluded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you pay applies to that payment. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
